Here’s a peek: We’re featuring a great article from the New York Times that shows the results of a survey administered to both nutritionists and ‘regular’ consumers that asked them to rate if a particular food was good for you, or bad for you. Not surprisingly, things like apples (good) and pizza (bad) saw a high level of consensus. But what about granola bars? Consumers say good, nutritionists say not so good. The article presents lots of surprising results, and is a good reminder of some common sense rules for healthy eating.
