One of the greatest moments in life is realizing that two weeks ago, your body couldn't do what it just did

Between two to four million people played Pickleball last year. Seriously. While this ‘new’ sport started with seniors, it is growing quickly in popularity. The sport is played on a court about half the size of a tennis court, and player use graphite racquets to hit a hard yellow ball, about twice the size of a tennis ball and perforated like a wiffle ball. It’s a fast game, and it rewards those with skill, but it’s also a really fun and social sport that all ages can enjoy.
